Free standard shipping for orders over $95.00 USD (before applicable taxes and discounts)
For orders under $95.00 USD, shipping cost is $7 USD

All orders will be followed by a confirmation email and a tracking number so you may follow your package at any time.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday except on Canadian statutory holidays.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Luc Vincent products, we will gladly issue you a refund. We offer a full money back guarantee, that’s how committed we are to our products.

All we ask is that you send us a quick message at info@lucvincent.com with a brief explanation on why the product didn’t meet your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our products.

RETURNS

• Refunds will be made only upon receipt of the returned products.
  
  
• Please allow 10-14 days after receipt of your returned package for a refund.
  
  
• Products representing "final sales" are without possibility of exchange or refund, unless the goods are defective.
  
  
• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are defective.
  
  
• Shipping costs for returns for refund are at the customer's expense. Please choose a service with a tracking number. Include your name and order number.
  
  
• We do not accept exchanges.
  
  
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order before finalizing the transaction.
  
  
• Promotional codes must be applied before finalizing the transaction. Adjustments after order completion is not always possible.

*Powered styling tools are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. They are not eligible for our 60-day warranty.

Hair color products are not eligible for our 60-day guarantee.

If you are returning items from a collection and keep part of the products, the items kept will be charged at the current price as of the date of your order. Shipping charges will apply if your order is under $75.


DISCLAIMER
As our products are temperature sensitive, it is imperative the package be collected from the outdoors (community mailbox, letter box, etc.) in extreme cold (under 25ºF) or hot weather (above 75ºF) temperatures.

We are not responsible for freezing or other damages caused by cold or warm exposure during shipping.
